Exchange and Return Policy:

At our store, exchanges and returns are guaranteed rights for all our customers, covering all products displayed in our shop.

All products featured in our store are subject to our exchange and return policy, as outlined on this page.

Returns or exchanges are possible if the product remains in its original condition at the time of purchase and is packaged in its initial packaging.

Returns are accepted within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page or by using our phone numbers.

Take a photo of the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number. This will facilitate the replacement of the product in case of damage, specific defects, or use not in accordance with the initial agreement.

A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from its description on the product page of our website.

We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding the use of products not mentioned on the product page of our website.

A discount of 30%, or at least 200 KES, will be deducted if the customer decides not to keep the product, which is neither defective nor showing any notable issues.
