When will my order arrive?

Is there delivery outside the country?
Currently, our contracted companies deliver within the country, covering a specified set of cities listed on the delivery page. All cities served by our company representatives are clearly displayed. For deliveries outside the country, please contact our team via WhatsApp. We will provide you with information on product weight and the rates of international shipping agents that are not currently listed in our store.
What should I do if the product is defective?
For any defects, please refer to our return policy for details. If we agree to the return of a defective product, shipping costs will be calculated by our company, and return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. However, according to our return policy, no fees will be applied to the value of the product.
I want to place a bulk order; are there discounts?
